Help Develop a System for Managing High School Internships.

Real world learning through internships is a powerful way for high school students to feel like their learning is relevant to their life and their community.

Problem is.... managing a school-wide internship program is complicated. Building relationships with organizations, pairing students with mentors and tracking their learning (not to mention practical matters like attendance, performance and paperwork) would make any high school teacher or administrator grimace.

Intern to Learn is the solution. Big Picture Learning - which has been the leader in developing school environments that foster engagement and real world learning - has embarked on building an online platform to nurture school-wide internships. Think of it as a curated online database of businesses and students. The school acts as the "match maker," pairing students with internships that support their interests.

BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please take 4 seconds to vote for our proposal on the Trust Challenge. This award will help us get the startup funding to make this platform a reality. The grant has a voting component. It is important that we are able to build enthusiasm for our vision.
